Data submitted through /contact.php is transmitted to our email systems via /send.php. Fields collected include name, email, phone, company, service interest, message content, and consent confirmation. Submissions include a server timestamp in Asia/Singapore timezone. A honeypot field is used to filter automated spam; data entered in that hidden field is discarded without processing.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Enquiry data from non-clients: up to 24 months from last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Client project data: duration of engagement plus up to seven years for legal, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Cookie consent preferences: six months, as described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Server logs: typically 90 days unless required for security investigation.

9. Cross-border transfers

Our primary systems are hosted with providers that may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take steps to ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual safeguards where applicable.
