Intake & framing
We unpack your objective, audience, and timeline in a structured brief session. Deliverables, channels, and approval paths are agreed before any pixels move.
PromoSwift Studio Pte. Ltd. plans, produces and ships marketing campaigns, content and creative for Singapore brands from Textile Centre on Jalan Sultan — not a coupon or promo-code site, not a payments provider, not app development, not delivery, and not a course. The .pro in our domain is branding only.
PromoSwift Studio Pte. Ltd. is a campaign production house based at 200 Jalan Sultan. Brands come to us when they need more than a mood board — they need assets, copy, landing pages, and social cut-downs that can ship before the news cycle moves on. Our team sits above the textile wholesalers and fabric merchants of the neighbourhood, which keeps us honest about deadlines: in this part of Singapore, things either move or they sit in a roll on the shelf.
We are not a coupon aggregator, a payments rail, a courier app, or a delivery platform. The name PromoSwift refers to the speed of getting promotional campaigns from brief to published — strategy sessions on Tuesday, hero film on Thursday, landing page live by Friday afternoon. Clients include F&B groups launching seasonal menus, regional retailers running store-opening bursts, and B2B firms that finally got budget approval and cannot wait six weeks for an agency retainer cycle.
Every engagement follows The Slipstream — our four-stage production path that keeps creative, production, and distribution aligned without the usual handoff gaps. You work directly with producers who understand media specs, platform ratios, and the difference between a campaign that looks good in a deck and one that performs in feed.
Horizontal production — no silos, no waiting for the next department to wake up.

Art direction, copy, and visual systems are developed in parallel. Storyboards and copy proofs go out together so stakeholders sign off once, not three times.
Shoots, edits, landing page builds, and social adaptations happen on the same floor. Version control lives in shared folders, not email chains.
We push live, monitor first 72 hours, and deliver a post-launch readout with concrete next steps — not a vanity metrics deck.
Not every campaign needs to explode on day one. Some need a controlled ramp — we build for both.
Three-location shoot across Bugis and Tanjong Pagar, edited to 15s, 30s, and static cut-downs within the same week.
Print, in-store POS, and Instagram carousel produced from a single art direction system — colour matched on our floor before print handoff.
Landing page, LinkedIn assets, and email header set — briefed Monday, A/B variants live Wednesday.
Audience mapping, channel selection, and message hierarchy before any asset is made. We write the brief you wish you had received.
Visual systems, typography, and layout rules that hold across print, screen, and outdoor without looking like six different brands.
Photography, short-form video, and motion graphics produced in-house or with our vetted crew network across Singapore.
Platform-native ratios, caption drafts, and posting calendars — not one square image resized eleven ways.
Fast, accessible pages built for conversion with form tracking and thank-you flows — ready for your media buy.
Honest readouts after 72 hours and two weeks. We tell you what to cut, what to extend, and what to leave alone.

Textile Centre puts us above the wholesale floors of Jalan Sultan — a corridor where merchants have moved goods quickly for decades. Kampong Glam is a short walk for location scouts and client lunches. Bugis MRT is the commute for most of our crew. That proximity matters: when a client says they need a storefront shot before the rain, someone can be there in fifteen minutes.
We chose this address deliberately. Campaign production is physical work — prints come back from the shop downstairs, samples get couriered from Arab Street, and our window looks out over a neighbourhood that never pretends deadlines are flexible.
Tell us your timeline, channels, and approval chain. We will respond within one business day with a scope outline — no generic pitch deck attached.
