Questions we hear before the first brief

Direct answers about PromoSwift Studio, how we work, and what to expect when you engage us.

  • What does the PromoSwift name mean?

PromoSwift combines promotional campaign work with swift delivery from approved brief to live assets. The name reflects our studio's core purpose: producing marketing campaigns quickly without cutting corners on quality.

We are not affiliated with coupon or voucher platforms, the SWIFT international payments network, courier or parcel delivery services, or any consumer mobile app using similar wording. If you found us while searching for those services, this is a campaign production studio based at Textile Centre on Jalan Sultan — not a financial or logistics operator.

  • What type of company is PromoSwift Studio Pte. Ltd.?

We are a Singapore-registered private limited company (UEN 202784725M) operating as a campaign production studio. Our services cover strategy, creative direction, content production, social asset packs, landing pages, and post-launch review. We serve brands, retailers, F&B groups, B2B firms, and non-profits that need production capacity on a defined timeline.

  • How quickly can you deliver a campaign?

Standard sprint engagements run five to ten working days from signed brief to live assets. Rush timelines of three to five days are possible when your brief is complete, stakeholders are available for same-day feedback, and scope is contained (e.g. social pack plus single landing page). We quote honestly — if the timeline is not achievable, we say so upfront rather than miss your launch date.

  • Do you require a monthly retainer?

No. Most clients engage us project-by-project. Repeat clients sometimes arrange quarterly production blocks for predictable volume, but there is no mandatory retainer to work with us. Each engagement is scoped and quoted individually based on deliverables, timeline, and production complexity.

  • Do you handle media buying and ad placement?

Our core fee covers creative production and launch support. Media planning, ad account management, and media spend are typically handled by your in-house team or a media partner. We can coordinate handoff specs and UTM structures so your buy team receives assets ready to upload. Partner referrals are available on request.

  • Where is your studio located?

200 Jalan Sultan, #08-11 Textile Centre, Singapore 199018. We are above the textile wholesale floors, a short walk from Kampong Glam and close to Bugis MRT. Lift access from the Jalan Sultan lobby. Visitor parking is limited — we recommend taxi or MRT for first visits.

  • What are your business hours?

Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 Singapore time. Saturday visits are by appointment. Email enquiries received after 18:30 or on Sundays are answered the next business day. Urgent launch support for active clients is arranged per contract.

  • How does pricing work?

We quote fixed fees per engagement based on scope document, not open-ended hourly billing. A typical social-and-landing sprint starts from SGD 8,500; full Slipstream engagements with shoot and multi-channel assets are quoted after the framing session. Deposits of 50% are required to schedule production; balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Who owns the creative assets after delivery?

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered assets for the agreed campaign period and channels specified in the scope. Source working files are included unless otherwise noted. We retain portfolio rights to display work unless an NDA restricts it. Third-party stock, fonts, and music remain subject to their respective licences.

  • Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?

Yes — and we prefer when you have them. Send your brand book, tone-of-voice notes, and any mandatory legal lines before the framing session. If guidelines are incomplete, we can document campaign-specific rules as part of the art direction deliverable so future work stays consistent.
