A production studio built for speed without sloppiness
PromoSwift Studio Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202784725M) registered in Singapore in 2022. We started because too many brands were stuck between freelancers who could not scale and agencies whose timelines assumed everyone had six weeks to spare. Our founders — veterans of in-house marketing and boutique production — wanted a third option: a studio that behaves like your internal team on deadline day.
We occupy #08-11 at Textile Centre on Jalan Sultan, above the fabric wholesalers and print shops that have served this corridor for generations. Kampong Glam is a seven-minute walk; Bugis station is closer. That geography shapes how we work: location scouts happen over lunch, print proofs get walked downstairs, and clients who prefer face-to-face reviews can be at our table within twenty minutes of leaving their office in the CBD.
The Slipstream is not a marketing term — it is how the floor runs
Morning standups at 09:45 keep producers, art directors, and editors aligned on what ships today versus what waits for client sign-off. We do not stack meetings on top of production hours; brief sessions are booked in blocks, and deep work happens before noon when possible. Clients receive a shared folder on day one — not after the third invoice reminder.
Our team is deliberately small: eight full-time staff plus a roster of photographers, videographers, and developers we have worked with for years. That means the person who sat in your brief is the person who reviews your launch assets. No account manager relay, no "I'll check with the team and revert."
PromoSwift means swift promotional production — nothing else
We are occasionally confused with unrelated businesses because the word "swift" appears in finance and logistics. PromoSwift is none of those things. We do not issue coupons, process payments, operate a courier network, or run a consumer mobile app. Our name reflects the studio's purpose: getting promotional campaigns from approved brief to published assets quickly and cleanly.
If you reached us searching for banking, vouchers, or parcel tracking, you have the wrong company — but if you need a campaign produced on a realistic timeline, you are in the right place.
Jalan Sultan, Kampong Glam, and the Bugis edge
Textile Centre sits at the junction of old trade and new retail. Downstairs, merchants still roll fabric onto the pavement for buyers to inspect. Upstairs, we edit video and build landing pages. Arab Street and Haji Lane are our default locations when a brief calls for Singapore texture without the Marina Bay postcard look.
Visitors enter via the lift lobby on Jalan Sultan. Reception is on level eight — ask for PromoSwift Studio. Saturday visits are by appointment; weekday drop-ins welcome after 10:00 if you call ahead.
